Skopelos opened its doors in 1959 and became a Pensacola tradition, known for fine dining and exceptional service. Helmed by Pensacola Celebrity Chef Gus Silivos, the restaurant has been the recipient of many prestigious awards and has held the honor of serving many well-known personalities, including former President and First Lady, George and Barbara Bush. Skopelos moved to its new home in downtown Pensacola in 2016.
