The Mahogany Mill located within Bayou Chico offers; 5 launching lanes, courtesy docks, paved parking for 46 trailers & restrooms.

The park includes an ADA-accessible sidewalk, piers, and picnic pavilion as well as an educational kiosk that provides information about environmental and wildlife issues. All of these features enable visitors to enjoy greater access to Bayou Chico.
