Students work in rotation throughout Savor, including the wood-stone oven, serving fine dining cuisine. The goal is to expose students to classically prepared cuisine, presented in today’s modern style, with an emphasis on using high quality ingredients, all in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Savor, an educational dining venue at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, serves lunch (11:00am-2:00pm) and dinner (5:00pm-9:30pm), Wednesday-Saturday. It’s a real-world classroom for culinary students, with varying hours on holidays and occasional closures for class events.
